Fee refund when I relist a cancelled auction

Hi

I cancelled an auction this week because on closer examination I found it was actually not functioning. Trouble is bidding had reached £600 so I now owe £60 and have a broken item.

if I relist now as for spares or repairs will I get the £60 fee returned, as I'll pay another fee on the new sale

cant find this information on eBay help pages
