Faulty switch lite

Hi, purchased a switch lite in December from ebay curry clearance. It's now not charging. I've emailed them twice and I've also tried to get Ebay to resolve it. However, ebay virtual assistant keeps saying I must contact seller as it was more than 90 days ago. The item is under warranty for 12 mths. I'm so frustrated as it cost a fair bit of money. Any suggestions?

You had 30 days to open a dispute on ebay but out of time

Ebay and paypal money back guarantees are for items that are not as described when they arrive

and not a warranty.

 

Any warranty is between you and the seller.

If they are business in the UK then contact Citizens Advice for their help.

If overseas or a private seller then there is nothing you can do.
