I'm asking for advice as over the last few months I have bought several buckles from the same seller . They look perfect and I even tested them for my dog collars to check opening and closing capability. I have started receiving messages from customers and photos showing that the buckles are faulty! I have had to replace these collars and had to search for better quality buckles and feel that I should be refunded for all I have paid for! I have explained to the seller about the situation but they said it's late! What can I do ?
from what you say here -
you purchase there in order to sell on, that and the fact that you are not a registered business seller can cause you problems, especially if you approach trading standards.
Ebay provide 30 day MBG, so if within that time you can open item not as described case & return for full refund.
Paypal allow longer, but you still have to return items.
If UK business selelr, contact Trading standards.
