Faulty item bought from Ebay

I purchase a fox solar light for my parents for xmas. The solar light does not work properly. We have tried changing the battery but it worked for a short period then stopped again. The item is less then a year old but I can not see the details of the company I purchased it from any more on my purchase history to contact them.

Purchases are still in your purchases (back to 2018), have you changed the period shown by using the Drop Down Menu top right.

Should be in your Hidden Purchase History. Change the Dates in the Drop Down menu. Or find your Payment to them in PayPal. Will be some detail there.
