Good afternoon anybody help me regarding a faulty item which is over the 30 day returns policy?

If it's within 180 days of payment and you used Paypal you can try them.   First sign up to get the return postage paid:

https://www.paypal.com/gb/webapps/mpp/refunded-returns

Then open a "not as described" case here:

https://www.paypal.com/uk/disputes/

And escalate it after 2 days and before 20 days.
