I purchased a rather expensive fan (£125) a few days ago. I assembled it and the buttons on the fan don't work properly. Only with the supplied remote does the fan work. I contacted the seller and they told me to contact the manufacturer and wasn't very helpful. What can I do?
How many times ...
If something is faulty [or if in your view it is faulty] do not contact the seller. You get such "quality advice" as here if you do.😃. The seller is responsible not the "manufacturer".
Simply go to the resolution centre and open a not as described case. The seller will send a label to return and when you do will refund. Hopefully. Opening the case notifies the seller and eBay.
If he does not send a label or does not refund then after 3 full business days escalate the case to eBay
