Hello so I purchased an electric scooter for my daughter for Christmas unfortunately because of covid shes been unable to use it so only a few small journeys. It has an electrical fault the seller is refusing to help refund or fix unless I pay the costs can anyone help
It's too late for ebay but you could try Paypal. First sign up to get the return postage paid:

Then open a "not as described" case here:

And escalate it after 2 days and before 20 days.
