HI, I bought some Elixir guitar strings but they are fake. No reply to multiple emails and nowhere on ebay to report the problem. Have tried using the resolution centre but when I go to look at status it states I have no outstanding issues. What can I do?

You need to open a  case for item not as described with eBay from the resolution centre,  if you are still within 30 days past your item's last estimated date for delivery.

Escalate on days 9 - 21 f not refunded beforehand.

If you have passed this deadline,  then open  a case with Paypal.

no matter what you cannot break the law and eBay rules by publishing a persons private information on these boards.
