Fake delivery date

Question:

I am very new here and learning step by step.
I almost only buy from UK as the delivery time is shorter.
Now I've bought a Tshirt today, in the UK, to be delivered this Saturday (yay!). It was the second of 3 on offer, there's one left, so again 'yay'.

Now the seller let's me know they are sourcing it fom China and it will arrive in a month's time...

And yes, upon scrutiny, in the comments, at the very end, it says exactly that.

Of course it's paid for and everything...

I feel ripped off 😞
And on the purchase ticket it still says it will arrive on Saturday 😞

Can I still cancel by stopping the payment?
Or do I get eBay involved?
Communication with seller makes it obviously the offer has been arranged in this way on purpose 😞

Or do I just suck this one up and put it in the "experience" basket?

This out of stock reason will gain the seller defects,  and it does not take too many to close them down permanently.

So one day after your item's  original last estimated date for delivery open a case for item not received in the Resolution Centre,  link at foot of most pages.

Escalate on days 9 - 21 if not refunded beforehand.

You will get countless excuses and promises to close the case early,  do not do this,  once closed another cannot be opened.

Just let it run the full 8 days,  and if not resolved in that time,  do not forget to escalate.

Hope the above helps!
