Genuine Pandora should not turn black when left in box.
It would help so much if you give more information when asking questions. WHEN did you buy this?

PayPal may require proof that the item is a fake. Also, unlike eBay, PayPal requires buyers to return items at their own expense, unless you're eligible to activate "Return shipping on us" before filing the dispute, see: https://www.paypal.com/uk/webapps/mpp/refunded-returns
