Fake Garrett pointers, on ebay,

I have reported many fake Garrett pointers on ebay, many of which the seller admits to be fake. ebay as never removed any of these items, why?

All you can do is report them, ebay won't remove just on your say so or tell you what action they take.

Although, as that seller admits it is fake, ebay should take action ASAP.
