The option has completely disappeared, I've tried it with numerous devices and browsers, it's definitely been removed.
However, see if you can get rid of the facebook link via your third party authorisations (and I've no idea if this will work).
Go to My eBay>Account>Site Preferences and select Third Party Authorisations. Can you see a facebook one? If so, revoke it.
If you're not sure, just C&P what's there and post it here.
