HAVE ACCEPTED THE PROMOTION STARTED THIS WEEKEND - AM A PRIVATE SELLER AND AM LISTING AN AUCTION STYLE LISTING UNDER £5 BUT STILL CANNOT LIST WITHOUT THE 35p CHARGE - I THINK THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH EBAY?

Have you read the terms and conditions of the promotion.For example listing as BIN listings are not included and will cost you 35p to list.
