How long can I wait 'til sending feedback on an item I have received from a seller?   I have a problem with the seller who says he sold the item I bought 08/09/2016 on behalf of his friend, & that he can't give me an answer until the friend returns from holiday in a month or so!!

Never mind feedback, you only have 60 days to leave it.  What's more important - are you having an issue with the transaction?  If so then the 'friend on holiday' thing should be ignored and you should use the resolution centre.  The seller is fully responsible for everything listed on their account.
