eBay is allowing buyers to purchase goods even though they are on my excluded postage locations. I am unable to contact anyone at eBay regarding this matter (like I used to be able to) To resolve the issue. I have checked my listings and Scottish islands and Scottish highlands are excluded yet I have received several orders from this region. This leads to contacting the buyer to inform them I don't post to this area and they must ask for a refund. I'm worried this could lead to losing my hard earned 100% feedback status. Has anybody else had this problem?
Royal Mail postages cost exactly the same throughout the UK including deliveries to Highlands/Islands and Northern Ireland ... Many buyers will 'back out' of buying when they see those Exclusions on Private listings ? ... Suggest that by making those exclusions/restrictions, you are losing valuable sales revenue >

Before moaning about ebay, get your own house in order, you are trading illegally as unregistered business seller,
upgrade now before ebay close you down.
Why don't you "post" to this wonderful part of GB? Royal Mail delivers there for exactly the same cost.
