Error message on Global shipping program item

Hi Guys, can anyone help me with this message I keep recieving for an item to be shipped by the Global Shipping programme. Here is the message:

Error

The Global Shipping Programme already provides your buyer with an invoice for all applicable item, postage and import charges. Unfortunately, you can't edit these charges, even to offer a P&P discount. When your buyer pays, just send the item to the UK Shipping Centre and the Global Shipping Programme will take care of forwarding it to the buyer. Your buyer will directly pay you the purchase price of the item, plus any domestic postage cost you specified in the listing.

Can't see why this is an error, when it states that the buyer will pay the fees? The buyer hasn't as yet paid but it looks very suspicious to me that I can't see who bought the item or where it is going !

are you trying to send an invoice?

you can't send an invoice when the item has sold through the GSP

once the buyer pays you will be given the address of the UK postage hub.

Thanks Pixiesen, I had the payment this morning and the GSP address sent to me. Still find it a bit wiered, as you never get any more than the buyers name and the distribution centre it needs to be sent to............................But happy now it has gone.

you don't need anything else, ebay deal with it, that's the whole point of using the GSP

Call me old fashioned but I rather like to know who I am sending my items to 😉 But I guess everything is ok if it gets there.
