Can anybody advise regarding makeing an equirey to a seller that appears not to respond. Three attempts have be made but no response, yes I could ring but I'm not always near a phone.

Is this for a live listing?  If so and you are asking for any kind of contact information then the seller must not respond and you may find that you get suspended for 7 days.

If you are not asking for contact information but these are general questions, then if the seller is not responding I would take that as a sign that you should be walking away from a seller like that.

My advice is find a better seller.  Sellers do not have to answer questions but if a seller can't be bothered to communicate when it could get him a sale, he's unlikely to be helpful if anything went wrong afterwards.

That said, how long have you been attempting to contact him?  If all three attempts were today he may be at work or something and not seen the messages yet.
