Living in Northern Ireland, I personally think it is rude to exclude other parts of the U.K. from buying items. I have been in England and there are Post Offices all over the country like the are here in N.I. Obviously these sellers are racists and should be treated as such and banned from selling on eBay. The UK as a whole should be fit to buy any thing listed in the U.K. and not just England.

Racist ??? Some sellers think that N. Ireland isn't part of the UK - just as S. Ireland isn't. That just makes them daft - not racist.
Racist is a very nasty word to accuse people of and you should be very careful before you do. Sellers can choose where they post their items to, for any reason they like ( including racism if they are that way inclined). Ebay would not have given sellers the facility to do this, if they were going to ban them for it.
