England strip

I recently purchased an England strip (as a guest.) I didn't receive a confirmation email and haven't heard anything since. The only evidence I have of this purchase is the money was taken from my bank account. 
I haven't tried to get in contact with EBay but it asks me to sign in then says I haven't purchased any items recently. 
Can anyone help with this?

Guest purchases do not appear in your eBay account ... if you paid through eBay checkout  using a card or available funds, you will have more success if you use the PayPal Resolution Centre to raise an 'Item not received' case there using any payment/transaction details you have ... otherwise contact your Bank Card issuer for advice >
