Email offers on insertion fee

I've received a couple of emails lately from eBay with offers on fees. One was 1p final value selling fee and one this morning offering 75% off final value fee. It says the only way to take the offer up is by clicking on the link in the email.....Are these actually from eBay or are the scams? Thanks

If you scroll down your selling page almost to the bottom there is a section called promotional offers - on an orange coloured banner.  If it's real it will be there. You can get the offer by clicking on the "get offer" button.

If it's not there do not click on any links in the email.  If you already have you must change your password right now.
