Ebay help is hopeless

There is no email address to send questions to, no chat available.  And the topics that ebay hard code into your selection do not cover the topic at all

So I am left to write here!

Since Covid-19 I notice that many suppliers from China are advertising on eBay UK and state that the product is currently located in the UK which is a lie.  When the package arrives it obviously comes from China!  I do not wish to buy from China and this is blatant fraud.

Apparently in Leicestershire but package arrived and was from China

Also it is a copy of a product developed by a UK company recently on the TV program The Customer is always right and so presumably contravenes copyright.

But it seems that eBay don't care as long as they are getting their commission

you can report the false location to eBay and as they are a business seller you can approach trading standards.

However, it helps if all those complaining would leave feedback to reflect their experience.
