Not sure how they were doing that as it is up to you to check when you list that the box is not ticked
YOu would have to contact ebay at the top of the page under seller help and see what they do.
Seller help then scroll down the page to see the options for Call me back or chat with us
Not many on here anyway to see your post and I doubt they have the problem
