Does this come under SNAD?

Title said "xxxxx- card" (xxxxx being the model of a graphics card), and in the description I clearly state that what I will be sending is a picture of the said graphics card, will eBay side with me in the case that the buyer decides to file SNAD? The person in question is using bots to buy up this stuff and sell for profit, which I really don't like, and I created this listing in the hopes of catching out said evil-doers. This is the listing: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/133696016679?ViewItem=&item=133696016679

Should I just issue a refund now that the buyer has asked since I will lose the case anyway, or is it worth it to deny the cancellation in hopes of eBay siding with me?

Many thanks!

You listed in - Computer Components & Parts>Graphics/Video Cards

You described it as - RTX 3070 MSI SUPRIM X card - SLIGHTLY USED

Price £650

In the body of the listing you said - You will not get a graphics processing unit. You will get what is essentially a picture of an incredibly sought-after card.

Simply you have committed the offence of fraud.

Unfortunately you probably won't suffer the full consequences of your action.
