Hi
With all this GSP eBay are trying to force users which I know about opting out but not having sent overseas for 12 months am considering going with it.
So question is, is tracking essential or not,
I send to C&C stores with none quite happily but have never used GSP and have absolutely no intention of using eBay labels out of principle.
Doesn't matter where you send items to, if buyer claims not received, unless you added tracking to ebay when marking as posted, you always have to refund.
It's no good adding to case once opened.
If using RM upto £20 in value, then POP has 16 digit reference, which is accept as tracking number.
When you use GSP the item goes to the hub in Lichfield
You maust have tracking or the 16 digit code on a PO receipt to prove it was Delivered to the hub
in case of claims of not received
The buyer pays extra to ebay for the item to be shipped from the hub
You are not responsible for items that are lost or go missing after they leave the hub
If you are going to use GSP then you should read all the information thoroughly
