Hi has anybody had a dispute filed against them, even though a buyer has confirmed delivery and payment? My only downfall was that tracking was not included. I have now been charged dispute fees because I did not have a number to proceed in the dispute process?
Without tracking or the 16 digit code from a post office receipt you will always lose a case.
If it was a 1st or 2nd class packet then it has a code which acts as tracked
You seem to sell that way and some of your items would have been big enough for a packet did you check the receipts
You always put that on the item in your sold section as soon as you post it in case or problems
