Dispute Fee

A buyer has scammed me saying he has not received the virtual items & wants a refund, all was recorded. I then found out virtual items aren't allowed to be sold but I already made a dispute comeback at that point, I didn't think it would charge me as I was just showing proof?? Now I have to pay £14 for what? For giving £600 worth of items & being scammed? How do I avoid this, I've already lost to this scammer, I do not want to pay this extra fee for absolutely nothing.

Your Listing Description and demands are totally against Ebay Policy. The £14.00 sounds like a PayPal Processing Fee for a Bank Charge Back. Did your Non Buyer claim Unauthorised Use of their Credit Card?
