If your item is past the latest estimated day of delivery then contact the seller and let them know
The estimate is only that, an estimat so you need to allow alittle more time than it says
If the seller is not helpful then open a not recieved dispute at the top of the page Help and contact
Escalate after another 8 days for ebay to sort out
