Hi i bid and won on an auction for a childs garden swinging hammock, as i have not received this item i wanted to open in resolution centre this item was coming from another country. Every time i try to open a case in resolution centre it keeps saying that paypal is saying i cannot open a case because there is a problem with the purchase. Thanks for any help regarding this.
