Despatch tab not working.

Hi 

I sold some items a few days ago and when I clicked on the despatched button for everything it went through except the bracelet. Ebay keeps saying that the despatch is overdue.  I have tried to contact ebay on numerous  occasions but I am getting nowhere fast.  What is the solution?

use the drop down menu next to the bracelet and mark it as dispatched there instead.

I have, l have also tried using my phone computer. Rebooted etc. No joy and I can't get through to ebay to speak to anyone.
