Hi, if you post your item on time and it is attempted to be delivered on time but the buyer is out and retrieves it at a later date, why do those incidentance go against your metrics. I have lost my top rated seller badge due to 7 of these items not delivered on time?
Anyway i can get this rectified or am i wasting my time
