Hi, can anyone tell me if it's possible for a seller to change the date of purchase, and the expected delivery date of an item shown on the order details, after it has been purchased and paid for?

No the date on the listing is the estimated day of delivery and can not be changed
If you are looking at their live site then the estimated date would be if you bought it now
