Use the delete box next to the item then it will give you option of a delete option a little further up the page you can use.

Hi, that has not worked for days nor does delete within the item itself... its says you deleted one or more items
then the next time I go it they are still there .. ??

If clearing cookies and cache doesnt resolve the issue then, try using a different browser for ebay.
