Delay in sending item - consequences?

Hi, does anyone know if delaying sending an item has any negative consequences for an individual seller? I've sold an item but am in the middle of moving house and unable to locate and send the item just now. The buyer is willing to pay and wait but my seller info states that I send the items within 2 days. 

What is the best cause of action? Thanks so much.

You could receive Negative Feedback and a late Delivery Defect.

Well in this case the buyer suggested that she’s happy to wait, so it’s unlikely to happen. Trying to understand if there are direct eBay related impacts.
