Am getting upset at the moment as I'm getting 'loads' of defects for items not arriving by the time Ebay says it should get there? Is this a common experience at the moment or do other sellers have some advice about this. Most of my items are sent as letters through Royal Mail 1st Class? Thanks in advance for your ideas?
