Hi! I have bought defective item (air shock absorber, strut), as it turned out made in China however the seller state in advert 2 years guarantee. The strut last only 2 weeks. The time past 30 days money back guarantee, seller whant £85 for replacement the item, this is about 80% of original price. How can i get my money back?

Ignore the Seller his offer of a Replacement is about as reliable as his 2 Year Guarantee. Try opening an Item Not As Described Case with PayPal. Find Resolve a Problem down the left hand side of the Page. It may try to send you back to Ebay. Ignore the prompt and open the PayPal Case. Escalate the Case after 2 days but before 20. You will need to Return the Item by Tracked Postage. Was the Item Located in the UK Not China ?
