Shocked to discover that I'm now paying extra 4% fees for having a "high" defect rate despite this being 3 items out of 245 and 1 of these she started return then changed her mind and another was returned but had no defects and subsequently sold to a happy customer, Ebay advising that I improve my defect rate but how can I do that when it's based on such arbitrary measures......crying, honestly my feedback is all lovely, my customers are all happy....just these 3 totally arbitrary events.
