Defect on seller dashboard

I sold an item and the buyer was away and asked me to delay postage. EBay automatically gave me a defect for failing to achieve my turnaround target. I have rung them twice to have this defect removed and on each occasion had to wait over an hour before connecting to an agent. Both agents said the defect would be removed and yet it still remains.
I am at the end of my tether with eBay's customer service and think this juggernaut is long overdue challenge from its sponsors (us) who are being treated like trash.

You may find it gets removed at the next review.

Theres nothing you can do except call them again.
