I am getting so upset.
I sell many of my education items to schools.
If I post on Friday - although I offer next day delivery - because a school is closed at the weekend the item arrives a day late .... so I get a defect.
I have tried to explain this to Ebay and they just send me back the same message ....
to ensure our buyers have a great experience ?????
My school buyer did have a great experience as their item was there by the next working day?
Also incensed that you can't even try again with this question.
Is there anybody at Ebay who has any sense about things like this?
