My dashboard shows a late delivery, this is because the buyer bought more items and they were dispatched together. How can I correct this on my dashboard?

I have another buyer who has bought and paid for items but has asked that I do not send as they want to bid on more items and have them included in the parcel. Is the only way to avoid this showing to not add tracking?

This is stupid ebay system, they ask buyer if item arrived by a certain date,

I think it is totally unfair, as you can post on time, but if carrier is slow to deliver, you get a defect.

If you can prove by online tracking that you posted on time, try giving ebay CS a ring & complain.
