I need to return items that arrived damaged and the seller has refused to organise a courier to collect. Do I have to pay to return the items or is the cost the responsibility of the seller?
If it's a UK seller, open a case in the resolution centre for "item doesn't match the description" and ebay will send a pre paid returns label charged to the sellers account.
