Hi all
I'm totally distraught that a buyer has left me 2 x negative feedbacks for ONLY 1 transaction. I make these gifts on my own so I know the exact quality that I make and send. I have made and sold almost 12,000 of these items...how can 1 BUYER leave me 2 x negavive feedbacks and be right?
I demand that sellers have the right to have the option for the buyer to return items to head office for to revaluate quality and remove negative feedback when appropriate.
Anyone agree?
I'm so angry and upset. I put my life and soul into my business and do it all on my own. As you will all be aware it's not easy at the best of times. Really hurt 😞

Sorry you are upset have you asked Ebay to Remove the Feedback? If Ebay hired Staff and a Warehouse the size of Wembley Stadium to check every Return, the Cost of Fees would be astronomical.
I totally understand how you feel, and much sympathy. Nothing is going to change though, not in the foreseeable future. Just try and incorporate any loss into your other Sales if you can.
