If it is an imporation of cargo [from "Southern" Ireland] then you will need to find the address/contact details of HMRevenue and Customs at Swansea [and good luck with that]. Otherwise when it arrives they should contact you to complete papaerwork or to pay. There should be no duty but post Brexit most items will need to pay VAT. If it is being sent by post Royal Mail wwill collect the charges
