Customers not received their items

Hi, 

I am new to eBay and have had several emails from customers saying that they have not received their items.  Presumably this is due to the virus, but I can't find anything on the Royal Mail website confirming that there are delays to the postal service.  I have tried to call Royal Mail customers service, but waited on the phone for nearly an hour, without being able to speak to anyone.  Has anyone else had the same problem?

Your customers have a simple remedy, they open Not Received Cases. They might also need to be reminded that many businesses are experiencing staffing problems, including Royal Mail . Perhaps they haven't heard about the virus, many buyers seem to live on a different planet. Read Ebay announcements, particularly yesterday's update on protection for sellers. There is a link (in Green) BESIDE Help & Contact at the top of the page.
