Customer services - does it exist ?

Have tried three days in a row to contact customer services, but their server is always down, BUT it will be fixed soon

It seems that ebay are extreamly happy to take your money, but are a bit short on the helping out side.

Oh well back to Amazon then, where they have a functioning customer service

Why do you need to contact them

In most cases you do not have to as the resolution centre it at the bottom of the page

You can put your problem here and we can try and help

Trying as you suggest - comes back with server down message, for the last
three days.
Give it a go, be interested if you get through

There is no help in the resolution centre, that is why I'm trying to
contact CS

I'm trying to report sellers selling food items that are beyond their best
before date, as they have no guarantee of the foods state. I have passed it
onto the FSA for them to investigate and wanted to get ebays view on it.

ebay does very little to protect its customers safety and it's about time
it started

I tried it before I gave then information and have just tried again and it says a 2 minute wait for phone contact. Ebay wont give you their views on anything. If there is a problem with item listings then there is a report this item on every listing page for you to use. It is also up to the members buying the items. If they are not as described then they are covered by the ebay money back guarantee
