she is asking full refund.
Why? It's hard to advise you without knowing the reason.
If it's a change of mind return, you can't realistically accept foodstuffs back after they've been opened. You couldn't sell it to someone else. I don't know what the consumer contracts regulations say about foodstuffs, or whether they're covered. You might want to look it up.
Unfortunately, if she claims it isn't as described in some way eBay is sure to support her. This is automatic unless they can determine that the item was as described - which they can't, as they never even see it.
In this situation it's best to ask her to open a case under eBay's money back guarantee, through the resolution centre. This won't count against your seller performance rating provided you click on the option to refund the buyer on return.
EBay will give you the option to purchase and send send the buyer a prepaid return label if you want them back. When it's returned eBay will process their refund and you will receive a credit for your final value fee and PayPal fee.
Doing it this way also means that the case will be on the buyer's record. If she makes a habit of making "not as descriubed" clains for items she's already opened and used eBay will eventually catch up with her, and block her from making further claims.
