I would like to know if there is an email address in which I could complain to ebay regardinf a return request that has been awarded in the buyers favour eventhough advisors have told me that the buyer is using buyer remorse.

As the buyer claimed not as described [damaged] you won't win any appeal and the 'advisor' claiming 'buyer remorse' does not know what they are talking about - it's not unusual to be told what you want to hear to get you off the phone.
