Is the current ebay promotion a joke?

Promotion: Pay 5p per order & 15% on the total order price.

If you are signed up to managed payments like me, you currently pay 30p per order & 10.9% of total price. Do the maths, on all my listings I would be paying more. ARE EBAY HAVING A LAUGH?

it's for people who sell very low value items,

paypal offered a micro payments option, this is ebays version

So are you suggesting that if you sell below £10 mark, this promotion by Ebay is worth it?
