Why does eBay not act swiftly when counterfeits are reported?
The law is clear but the fakes still get sold to unsuspecting buyers.
Is there a way to contact eBsy in the uK these days? I find nothing on my phone app other than this anonymous community.
A bit rude really.
Anonymous community
We are members like yourself doing this in our own time free to help others
If you want to contact ebay then top of the page under Seller help and scroll down for contact details
It will be Call me back or chat with us
The law is clear Fakes are illegal
If you see them then you can report the listings by the Report this item on every listing on the right of the listing page part way down
Ebay do remove them but as fast as one lot are removed others take thier place
Buyers are covered by the ebay money back guarantee if the receive a fake and get all their money back if they open a not as described dispute
Well your username tells us that you are in the UK. That is very helpful when trying to help as often some come here for advice who are based in the USA. The rules are sometimes different for other Ebay sites. IF you sold on the account you are posting on then yes we would be able to see the City where you probably live and shipping your items from. I have a photo on my account so yes you can see what i look like 🙂 It depends on how "anonymous" a members wishes to be.
From your username that rightly or wrongly infers.........you are either a food critic or just love your food 🙂
