Hi All,
Found a seller selling copies of my artwork produced from photographs they took from ebay.
Ebay are refusing to remove the listings at present, stating their image policy. However as the artist of this work im the legal copyright holder under international law.
They even stated that they couldnt prove they were selling copies of my work even though the photos, title and description all state so!
Completely at a loss how to proceed so any help would be greatly appreciated.
