Contacting eBay

I am trying to contact eBay but the only option I am being given is to phone them - I'm sure in the past I have used Online Chat and I have emailed previously too.  Are these options no longer available?

Emails have never been available except for the Hard Of Hearing, Live Chat is not available all day.

What is the problem, unless it is something to do with your account you will get a faster MORE ACCURATE answer here.

Advice given by CS is frequently very poor and they are quite happy to tell you what they think you want to hear, whether it is true or not.

Many thanks for your help. It must have been Live Chat that I used in the past.

Unfortunately it is an issue with my Account so I will try to get on to the Live Chat tomorrow.

In most cases you do not have to contact ebay as you can use the REsolution centre at the bottom of the page

You could put your problem here and we can try and help

Otherwise it is Help and contact at the top of the page then nearest the problem for phone or chat if available.

If phones are closed then they open 8 am on a weekday

Use Help and Contact at the top of the Page. There is a Phone Link for Customer Service to  Call you back. Live Chat is also sometimes an option. Not sure on Email. I haven't personally seen it there.
